| Technical skills required | ü Strong skills in Siebel CRM – Field Services or Call Center ü Strong hands-on skill in Java ü Hands on configuration of the business services and workflows. ü Strong skills in Siebel Products & Pricing modules, preferably for Telecom clients ü Siebel configuration, business services, eScript, Assignment Manger, Workflow Manager, Web Services and Server Administration ü Ability to create a detailed technical design based on functional and non-functional requirements ü Experience in defining best practices, recommending design improvements ü Ability to work directly on tuning of existing code in individual role ü Ability to manage Siebel development and production environment |
| Behavioral skills required | · Excellent ability to convince multiple stakeholders · Good communication and listening skills |
| Desirable technical/behavioral skills | · In depth knowledge of Siebel CRM, Configuration, EAI, VBC, Product & Pricing · Preferably worked in Siebel eCommunications or Siebel Field Services module |
| Typical level of experience | 6+ years |
| Education | Minimum BS/BE/MCA |
