Job Title: Lync Consultant
Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico

Job Description:
Experience/Skills
6 to 8 Years of work experience
Good communication skill.
Exposure and hands-on experience to Lync 2013 and Lync 2010 server is must.
Exposure in Lync enterprise voice, PBX integration and VCON configuration is must.
Knowledge in implementing Lync 2013 with Hardware Load Balancer, configuration of Client Web access role, Persistent Chat role is a must.
High-end experience in PBX (Avaya) /PSTN and Call Center systems engineering experience is a plus
Knowledge in configuring SQL clustering/mirroring is a plus
Basic Network knowledge and application troubleshooting.
Active directory & Exchange server Knowledge will be an add-on.
Lync/OCS, MCP or MCSE certification will be an add-on.
Roles and Responsibility
Actively participate in the planning, design, and implementation of Microsoft Unified Communication systems, infrastructure and related hardware for customers.
Develop and implement the technical architecture and physical design of the network supporting the Unified Communications.
