Role : Data Modeler

Location : Pleasanton, CA

Duration : 12 Months

Mandatory Technical /Functional Skills:

• .Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or related field

• .Minimum 5 years of experience in data/information modeling

• .Strong logical and physical data modeling skills. Logical should include conceptual, 3rd Normal Form, and dimensional data modeling. Physical should include a good understanding of database views, indexing, table and index partitioning

• . Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

• . Ability to understand business requirements

• . Use of ERwin data modeling tool

• . Ability to write SQL queries

• . Data warehouse architecture concepts

• .Ability to create and understand process and data flows

Preferred Skills:

• . Previous experience in the healthcare industry, particularly insurance payer and medical/clinical provider

• . Working knowledge of Oracle RDBMS and SQL Server

• . Familiarity with ETL/ELT technologies

• .SQL tuning techniques
