Skill: Microstrategy Admin/Production Support
Location: Topeka, KS
Need Contact, FTE or CTH resources

Job Description:

1)      Strong knowledge in MSTR administration (Windows). Resource should have experience in versions greater than 9.2.1m
2)      Must have experience in handling Production support and able to handle
questions from Business on Data / MSTR features
3)      Must be able to lead and guide offshore support team
4)      Should be SLA focused and handle Incidents, Service requests and Change Management tickets
5)      Must be a strong team player and coordinate with other infrastructure teams like DBA, Server and Operation team
6)      Monitor the current system growth and recommend necessary performance tuning and version upgrades
7)      Should have strong Oral and written communication skills
8)      (optional) Handle the issues/Questions for batch load programs using Teradata BTEQ/TPT scripts
