Project Description
The .NET developer, who can Develop, maintain & support the set of Microsoft .NET based applications for Logistics Side of Wireless business. Also, should be able to do production support, adherence to SLAs, day time and night time on call support (fix on failure), project development using SDLC cycle.
*Responsibilities & duties:
Microsoft .NET Developer with 7-8 years experience working as part of a team developing .NET applications with the following responsibilities and skills.
Essential Skills
Microsoft Visual Studio 2008, ASP.NET, VB.NET, WCF, Microsoft SQL server 2008, Stored Procedure, View, ERD, UC4, XML, XSLT, COM+, VBScript etc
•
Hands Development Skills on .Net and SQL Server, Both are equally important.
• Hands-on SQL programming skills.
• Create database objects such as tables, views, stored procedures, Triggers etc.
• Create functions to provide custom functionality as per the requirements
• Be aware of potential blocking, deadlocking and write code to avoid those situations
• Ability to create/interpret an Entity Relationship Diagram
• Understanding primary and foreign key relations
• Understanding of how Joining Tables
. Understanding of normalization
• Ability to create stored procedures and views
• Ability to construct processes using
. Fundamental programming concepts.
• Ability to process multiple records in a loop as
• individual transactions
• Knowledge of sql transaction processing
• Knowledge of exception handling
• Knowledge of how to use aggregates
• Ability to work independently, able to understand requirement. Design solution and develop the given modules.
• Application Development. Maintenance & Support, Exposure on Production support, adherence to SLAs, Day time and night time . on call support (fix on failure), Project development using SDLC cycle.
• Work on various priority level tickets/incidents as part of Application Maintenance.

Ability to plan, monitor and organize work for self and team
Excellent Communication, Good in analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills, able to express code and design decisions to other technical staff and business analysts

• Ability to create technical documentation to explain the solution that was implemented
• Proficiency at creating optimized sql statements that are scalable
