·         Minimum 4+ years of relevant IT experience
·         Good communication skills, Task management ability, should be keen on keeping up to date on Analytical solution, staying informed as to industry practices, knowing how to apply relevant technical processes to appropriate business needs.
·         IBM Websphere ESB/Process Server
·         IBM Websphere Integration developer (WID)
·         IBM WebSphere MQ
·         Should be able to develop custom mediation components in ESB
·         Java/J2EE /SOA
·         SCA - Service Component Architecture
·         JAX-WS , JAXB, Strong JEE and OOD (obviously)
·         BPMN/BPEL, SAML2, SOAP 1.2 ,XSLT
·         IBM Tech WESB, WPS, Decision Server (RULES), DataPower, SOA Software Registry/Repository (UDDI)
