Role: PeopleSoft HR Functional

Location: Framingham, MA

Duration: 6+ Months

Interview: Telephonic/Skype

 

Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills:

v  5-8 years experienced in administration/implementation/configuration of PeopleSoft HR.

v  Experience in implementation/Upgrade of PeopleSoft HR.

v  PeopleSoft Core HR, Base Benefits, Absence Management, ePerformance, NA Payroll

v  Experience of supporting PeopleSoft HR 9.2 and tools version 8.5.3

v  Associate need to have hands on knowledge in PeopleSoft Core HR, Base Benefits, Absence Management, ePerformance, NA Payroll.

v  Experience in working with Taleo  and Kronos

v  Experience in writing Functional design documents

v  Experience of writing Test scripts and training documentation

v  The Candidate should have good communication skills and should be able to work closely with Customer SMEs.

v  It will be advantageous if the associate is familiar with PeopleSoft Development Tools like Application Designer, Integration Broker, XML Publisher, SQR, PS Query, Component Interface

 

Roles and responsibility:

v  Will be working as onsite coordinator for supporting PeopleSoft HR

v  Will be working closely with Customer SMEs to gather requirements to be mapped in PeopleSoft HR

v  Will be responsible for preparing To-Be Design documents

v  Will be responsible for preparing Set-up document

v  Will be responsible for developing functional design document for any enhancements/Interfaces to be built around PeopleSoft HR 9.2

v  Should be able to conduct Conference Room Pilot

v  Should be able to prepare test scenarios/Test Scripts

v  Should be able to prepare training material and conduct training

v  Should be able to conduct UAT

v  Should be able to provide support to users for incidents/Issues
