Mainframe Technical Lead

Strong hands-on experience in Mainframe skills - COBOL, CICS, JCL, DB2 for z/oS, VSAM/IAM, DB2-COBOL Stored procedures.
2. Good understanding of mainframe batch processing and mainframe systems-integration is a must.
3. Knowledge of SQLServer, SSIS, SSRS will be helpful.
4. Good communication skills - both verbal and written – are a MUST
5. Insurance knowledge is desirable.
6. In-depth knowledge of estimation methodologies and Waterfall SDLC processes is a basic requirement
7. Ability to work effectively with all internal and external stakeholders
8. Ability to deal with ambiguity and extreme complexity
9. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
10. Should be a hands-on technical architect who can lead the team with examples.
11. Strong Knowledge on Insurance and CICS is must
Understanding & experience in working on complete SDLC
Good Communication and team leadership skills
Excellent problem solving skills required.
Supports business process, problem analysis and consultation
