Responsibilities:
I have an 18 month contract SAP Support and Development Manager position available in Downtown Pittsburgh. This will be a technofunctional role that requires management experience. Must have excellent communication skills. Please send qualified candidates.

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Education and/or experience
· Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Information Technology or a related field. A master's degree is an advantage.
· A minimum of 10 years of experience in Information Technology preferably in an SAP environment. 3 to 5 years in a management or supervisor role.
· Equivalent combination of education and experience.
·
Other skills and abilities
· Understanding of organizations goals and objectives.
· Exceptional customer service orientation.
· Ability to prioritize and execute/oversee tasks in a high-pressure environment and make sound decisions in emergency situations.
· Highly self motivated and directed with a keen attention to detail.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Strong listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Ability to interact with all levels of management with ease. Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
· Proven experience with change management principles and practices.
· Ability to manage conflict and handle disputes and disagreements positively and proactively.
· Functional experience with SAP, BCS, ABAP, PI, and module pool.
