1.      1. Maximo Version 7.5 . (Maximo Version 7.1 would be acceptable)
2. SQL
3. Hands on experience with Maximo Report development tools and applications:
   o Reporting Object Structures
   o Query Based Reports
   o KPI's
   o BIRT Reports  ( Setting up and using Eclipse based BIRT Report Designer Tool)
