Mandatory Functional Skills
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in implementing various modules/functionalities on Retail
• 5+ years’ experience in distributed systems development using Ab Initio software.
• 5+ years’ application development experience in all stages of SDLC.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of relational database management systems and experience writing SQL
• Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations
• Ability to work independently and prioritize work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with project stakeholders (including customer, vendor).
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to customer work environment/ culture.
• Team Player and assist team in troubleshooting issues and mentor and guide them.
• Ability to work on global delivery execution model in onshore- offshore model.
