Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Flex Developer who will be responsible for developing the presentation layer for a Physician product. This will be a 12-24 month contract plus.
Job Description
Work in an Agile team environment and actively participate in daily meetings and sessions
Design, develop and support various Clinical System Applications.
Work with the Business Analyst to review and understand the business requirements and functional specifications.
Participate in architecture, design and code reviews.
Work with QA and CM team for code build/releases, test case design and defect resolution.
Work with Scrum Masters for planning, estimation, documentation and status reporting.
Any other tasks necessary for completion of project deliverables and application support.
Be able to adapt and contribute to a fast paced and Agile application development.
Adhere to project schedules, proactively resolve and or escalate issue to management.
Team Lead experience a plus
Skills
Highly skilled in Web Application design.
Experience in developing applications with heavy transactions volume.
Highly skilled in OO and heavy use of Design Patterns and development frameworks like Cairngorm, MVC, Fusebox, etc.
Programming skills
3+ years of Adobe Flex experience required
3+ years of Java, Cold Fusion, SQL, XML development experience preferred
Team Lead experience a plus
Healthcare experience a plus
Web Services experience desired
Excellent oral communication skills
Software Requirements

Object-Oriented Design (OOD)
Software Debugging

Unit Testing
Build, customize and modify use cases
