Production Support Specialist- Weblogic environment, experience in Unix, Java

 

Work Location   Deerfield, IL 60015

Duration              6 Months with possibly an extension

 

Mandatory Technical Skills          

• Support pre-prod and production deployment

• Monitor and troubleshoot the Weblogic environment and related deployment

• Prior Application Support experience in Unix, Java

• Intermediate knowledge of SVN, SQL (Oracle), PL/SQL , Unix/Linux commands and KSH scripting.

• Good Communication and coordination experience.

• Ability to manage and coordinate the work with other teams

• Experience in planning, implementing, testing, and trouble-shooting systems software.

•  To identify, diagnose, and facilitate the resolution of environment support issues and build errors

•  To work independently and prioritize work with minimal supervision.

•  To communicate clearly and effectively.

•  To learn quickly and adapt in a fast paced support environment.

Desirable Technical Skills              

• Intermediate knowledge of the following web development languages (HTML, PHP, PERL, and Javascript)

•  Basic understanding of Healthcare technology and concepts.

Mandatory Functional Skills         Good Team player, Excellent Analytical Skills, Ability to work under pressure, Good communication skills, Does continual learning.
