Title: Sr. Business Analyst with Retails / Warehouse Management Experience
Location: Union | NJ (Face To Face Interview after telephonic)
Start date: Interview on your Availability
Duration: 6+ Months
Responsibilities:
I need a candidate, Someone with Retail and Warehouse Management Systems experience.
. The work in this organization will encompass multi-stakeholder projects, requiring a team member that can design and simultaneously implement cross-channel inventory and SCM solutions. As a key team contributor, this candidate must be experienced in the retail space with detail, hand-on expertise in inventory and warehouse management systems. In addition, experience leading software development projects is vital. Experience in technical design, solutions architecture and practical usage of object oriented design/modeling is required.
Job Duties
- Coordinates software design, development, and testing.
- Gather business requirements via the use of JAD, JRD techniques
- Document business requirements and functional requirements
- Review and provide feedback to QA scripts
- Assist with the end-user testing
- Liaise with multiple business groups to implement a common cross-channel solution
- Ability to multi-task and provide updates to project plans
- Facilitate solving and/or escalating production support issues
- Provide first tier production support to business partners
Required Skills
- Knowledge in Supply Chain optimization concepts
- Working knowledge of Warehouse Management/Distribution Systems (preferably within Manhattan Associates WM iSeries product suite)
- Working knowledge of Inventory Systems (stores and warehouses)
- Broad knowledge of multi-channel retail business and systems
- Full project life-cycle development experience
- Solid understanding of system integration, multi-platform solutions, and enterprise message broker
- Working knowledge of IBM iSeries, .NET, JAVA, SQL, xml, TIBCO EMS/BW, Manhattan Associates WM
- Ability to work well with developers and QA to drive project delivery
- Ability to interact with business partners in spearheading a project, from inception to launch
- Ability to independently produce deliverables, including requirements and technical functional specification
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks of varying complexities and meet deadlines
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Great analytical and trouble shooting skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills is a must
