Job Summary:
This position is responsible for architecting, designing and deploying Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) database automated provisioning and cloud management in the enterprise.
Job Responsibilities:
· Assists in the evaluation of Oracle OEM technologies within company standards and provide input towards the decision making process.
· Plans, architects, setup and builds OEM cloud management
· Architects setup and deploys self-service portal.
· Architects and deploys database lifecycle management.
· Integrates OEM with third party tools.
· Helps in solving complex technical issues encountered by database operations staff.
· Produces best practices and standard documentation.
• Extensive experience in managing Oracle OEM
• Extensive knowledge of Oracle OEM 12c Architecture, Framework, and Infrastructure
• Expertise in OEM management and monitoring.
• Expertise in Oracle OEM database lifecycle management
• Expertise in OEM cloud management, especially DBaaS implementation and operations in an enterprise scale
• Experience with OEM plugins. Oracle e-Business, data masking, identity management plug-in
• Experience with OEM integration, third party management and provisioning tools such as Tivoli, Remedy, and OPS Center
• Performed OEM management in an enterprise level with multiple groups. Performed security and capacity design and planning sessions.
• Hands on experience with the OEM 12c Job system, BI publisher, and security models
• Exposure to Oracle Database Engineered Systems
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong collaboration skills, responsive to service needs and operational demands
