Job Level Specific Duties
• Formulates process framework, implements and ensures alignment with corporate / industry standards.
• Assists in coordinating with relevant groups for continuous refining and improving of processes to ensure effective outcome in terms of performance.
• Creates dashboard that gives a holistic snapshot of performance of various quality standard activities.
• Reviews, analyzes key performance metrics using statistical tools and suggests actions leading to resolution and improvements in processes.
• Conducts internal process audits to assess the functioning and process compliance in small and medium projects.

Typical Years of Experience
• Typically requires 3-5 years relevant experience.

Minimum Education and Certifications
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

Skills
• Solid knowledge of relevant operational process area software and support, infrastructure services and business process services.
• Sound knowledge on any two Quality Assurance Models (ISO 9001, 20000, 27001, CMMI, PCMM, Six Sigma techniques).
• Solid knowledge of audit process and auditing skills.
• Proficiency in MS office applications.
• Solid knowledge on Quality Management.
• Solid skills in process documentation.
• Solid statistical techniques and quantitative analysis skills.
• Solid Project Management skills.
