Ecommerce Business Analyst /Project Manager

Duration 12 + months ( Longterm)
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills 8 + years of experinece as Project manager / Business Analyst in Retail domain
5+ years work experience as BA/PM in ecommerce websites
Good experience in understanding Customer experience management related requirements
Experienced in working with customer experience methodologies, user interface design, website design
Experience in capturing requirements from business / various IT teams and transform the requirements to IT teams
Coordinate/facilitate the projects,releases
Experience in Agile development methodologies
Experience in using Agile based tools JIRA
Excellent documentation skills, preparing requirement/design documents , experienced in creating usecases, business flow diagrams etc.
Should have worked in all SDLC phases
Knowledge of Data modelling
Hands on experience in advance excel features like Pivot tables etc.
Good knowledge of XML
Good communication skills and ability to adapt to new environments
Roles and responsibility Work with Business /IT teams to understand requirements
Facilitate the ongoing releases and projects
Collect required metrics etc and prepare dash boards presentation to customer
Participate in daily SCRUM meatings
Validate the business requirement after go live

Excellent oral and written communications skills
Ability to deliver to promises made
Adopts best practices in development standards
Initiative to seek for continuous improvement
