IDBS Biobook

Job Description:
Relevant Experience and Good Knowledge of IDBS BioBook.
Experienced in handling L2 and L3 support activities for Biobook.
Experience in handling Biobook/ ELN template modifications and maintenance.
Coordinate technical issue investigations and manage technology resolution implementations Execute work instructions to implement releases Coordinate issue resolution and site communications
Monitor and Track issues Weekly meetings to review metrics Follow Business’s documentation, validation and change control processes Dealing with End-users directly and resolving their issues
