Location: San Antonio, TX
Duration: Contractor / Contract to hire
Job Description:
Skills needed: Oracle Communications BRM, , Unix, Oracle, Perl/Unix Scripting
Billing Operations – Scheduling, Monitoring (IBM Tivoli, Sys-Admiral or other), Remedy or other Service Management Tools, Understanding of ITIL
We are looking for a consultant who –
• Has worked on Billing Operations /Development on the Oracle BRM Platform. Scheduling, Execution and Monitoring of Billing jobs – Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Ad-hoc Execution.
• Has a good understanding of Oracle BRM components (Infranet and Pipeline, CM/DMs etc.)
• Can understand BRM logs and can perform analysis/debugging from the log
• Has experience in Reconciliation and validation of Billing jobs
• Has experience in Perl Scripting, deployments
• Has extensive experience in Billing domain
• Has good knowledge of databases - Oracle
• Has experience working in On-call support projects
• Is having been involved in a KT from the client will be an advantage
• Has Service Management experience in handling Incidents, Service Requests
