Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
6+ years of experience in SAP HR, with at least 3 years of experience of managing /coordinating teams
Exposure to HR SaaS solutions like Workday, Success factors, LSO and interfaces with SAP
Exposure to Payroll and Benefits solutions
Experience in implementation, upgrade and support projects
Experience writing test plans and test cases
Understanding of software lifecycle methodology and information systems development with knowledge of SAP client server IT infrastructure
Understanding of release and change management process
Winning attitude, team player, quality conscious, action oriented with continuous improvement mindset
Ability to establish strong IT value to the business, accelerate delivery of projects and increase quality
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent work standards and highly motivated
Excellent oral and written communication skills (interpersonal and client-facing)
Responsibilities
Understands and translates the business strategy, business goals, and business processes into an IT solution.
End to end Delivery of applications in the HR area
Interface with People Resources, Corporate Finance and Technical Delivery Teams to assist in finalizing user stories, translating them to technical documentation and other system documentation required by SDLC methodologies.
Participate in functional specifications reviews with development and testing teams
Provide input to testers for creation, validate and signoff functional test scripts
Review and approve estimations from development and testing team
Review and approve integration test cases
Responsible for coordinating design, coding, testing, defect resolution and documentation
Research and analyze business and functional requirements, and recommend technical solutions which meet the business needs.
Manage requirements volatility, integrity and continuity via change management and reprioritization
Participate in Proof of Concept that leads to project proposals and application enhancements.
Use structured and disciplined approaches to solving problems.
Innovation, creativity and an outside-the-box mindset are all keys to your success as you work with stakeholders and delve into the real business needs of the client and not just take the face value of what the needs may be
