Job Description:

 Consultant will work with our team to design and implement SharePoint solutions including third party workflow, migration, governance, and administration tools. Looking for architecture and administration experience working with SharePoint 2003, 2010 and 2013 environments and successful history interacting with business users and third party suppliers to clearly define development and architectural requirements. Consultant should be comfortable acting as SharePoint advocate and flexible team member for this role.
Responsibilities include:

• In-depth knowledge of system design and architecture in SharePoint 2003, 2010 and 2013 and experience in both distributed/multiple farm architecture and design.

• Ability to engage with business stakeholders and subject matter experts related to business needs, governance, and user adoption and drive these to a plan.

• Understanding and experience with the use of virtualization and its impact on proposed solutions.

• Knowledge of security and authentication processes as it relates to SharePoint technologies.

• In-depth knowledge of Active Directory as it relates to SharePoint 2013

• Fundamental knowledge of networking concepts and troubleshooting such as DNS, Network Load Balancing and firewall concepts as it relates to SharePoint 2010 and SharePoint 2013.

• Understanding of various disaster recovery solutions for SharePoint.

• In-depth experience with conducting content/farm migrations involving multiple farms in both SharePoint 2003 and SharePoint 2013 environments

• Identify and troubleshoots issues and problems for SharePoint and related third-party solutions.

• Experience in creating and maintaining policies, procedures, and governance for the proper use of SharePoint

• Experience with well-known third party tools

• Experience with well-known third party workflow tools like Nintex Workflow a major plus.
