Must Have Skills: IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD) for Multiplatform (AIX/Windows/Solaris), Shell Scripting, Java, J2EE

 

Desired Skills: DB2/Oracle, Websphere, AIX, Product installations, Upgrades

 

Job Roles / Responsibilities:

• CMOD Application & System Administration

• ODWEK API development, Java/J2EE, webservices

• Batch Design development using Shell Scripts

• Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for offshore staff.

• Application Development, maintenance and system support

• Technical issue resolution

• Onshore - Offshore  team co-ordination, getting queries answered by customers

• Responsible for issues tracking and maintaining issue tracker

• Support change requests, technology changes, deviations, etc.

• Monthly metrics preparation/verification

• Coordinate with different customer teams to facilitate projects, infrastructure upgrades, etc

• Review all deliverables form offshore and deliver to the customer without any defects

• Prior ECM experience
