1) Position: Oracle PL/SQL Developer

Location: Atlanta, GA

Duration: Long Term

Interview Mode: Face to Face after Telephonic

Qualifications:

• Completion of an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, MIS, engineering, business administration or related field from an accredited college or university.

• 3+ years experience with Oracle Database versions 8i, 9i, and 10g.

• 3+ years Oracle PL/SQL programming skills

• Experience with Quest Software SQL Navigator or similar development tools.

• 3+ years experience with full project lifecycle experience in implementing web based systems

• Proficient in troubleshooting, self-motivated and driven professional, able to work with minimal supervision, and able to exercise good judgment to keep critical systems operational

• Experience in  design models, diagrams, layouts, definitions and/or specifications to show process, systems design, and/or integration complexity in a clear and precise manner

• Proficient in analyzing information thoroughly and effectively to determine the impact of technical platform changes, changing customer requirements and/or software defects will have on supported systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

In addition to meeting the Minimum Qualifications, preference will be given to applicants who possess the following:

• 5+ years work experience with a relational database system such as Oracle 9i or 10g and SQL Server including:

• Understanding table structure and relationship

• Use of SQL for querying database to filter for desired dataset.

• Knowledge of HL7 and other Health Care Data Standards

• Knowledge of other 3G languages a plus.

Excellent debugging skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent team skills and capabilities

2) Position: QA Analyst

Location: Atlanta, GA

Duration: Long Term

Interview: Face to Face after Telephonic

Duties:

QA analyst is responsible for daily monitoring of numerous and complex inbound and outbound data exchanges and performing in depth technical analysis for quality assurance and improvement.  QA analyst will perform technical inspection of data translations and mappings to ensure correctness of data as presented to various systems and users and provide regular updates on the status of various interfaces and data feeds. QA analyst will be responsible for on boarding new data providers and ensuring the quality of their ongoing data transmissions. QA Analyst will be responsible for special projects as assigned related to data quality analysis.

Minimum Qualifications:

2 years PL/SQL experience

5 years working in data analysis, report writing and/or data management

Good Communication Skills.
