Currently we have been retained by our client to search for SAP BASIS professionals. Following are the position details:
Position: SAP BASIS - Manager
Job Location: Bangalore
Experience: 7 - 15 Years
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage, monitor, tune, troubleshoot and resolve application issues on all SAP instance pipelines, related applications and operating systems.
Install Support Package Stacks, Enhancement Packages, move transports through the system pipelines via TMS, SDM, JSPM and Portal tools.
Provide SAP Application, Database and Operating system support and managed to the service level agreements we have in place with the businesses.
Plan and manage applications, database or operating systems upgrades and their related activities to ensure that service levels, objectives and schedules are met.
Work with data centre operations to design and implement controls for new technologies, systems and their supporting infrastructure to ensure systems are available and recoverable in accordance with
Required Skills:
Minimum 9-15 years experience overall in the Information Technology Field
Experiece in large scale applications administration, performance tuning and disaster planning and recovery.
Experience in relational database design, maintenance, performance tuning, upgrading and administering.
SAP Basis and operating system support in Windows environments.
SAP Basis support in ECC 5.0 / ECC 6.0 / Netweaver 7.0 environments including transport management, patching and version upgrades.
Demonstrated experience implementing and migrating large scale SAP enterprise wide applications and databases to new platforms and versions.
Demonstrated ability in project planning and execution.
SAP SRM Basis experience preferred but not required.
