•        Creates PRPC Coding / Design standards, Development Processes, release processes, change request processes and other best practices to ensure project succe ss
  •        Ensure implementation of standards, processes by way of  trainings to team and reviews
•        Undertak es POC development to validate the business ideas
•        Proactively contributes reusable artifacts for CoE Repository
  •        Advice on fitment of framework, effort estimations for particular project, team structure
•        Works with other Portfolio Architects to explore opportunities for work automation by integrating external systems
  •        Undertake application development of application of small application with help of CSSA on team
