Role : Functional Business Analyst
Duration : 6+ months

MUST HAVE 2+ years' recent experience within Capital Markets, Prime Brokerage, Middle Office Processing, Securities trading

Description :

Scope of the project involves development services in the Collateral (OTC) business domain. This includes new functionalities, regulatory projects. Project is executed in a global delivery model including business center in NY, offshore team and other stakeholders located globally ( US, Singapore, etc )

Job Description:

Ø  Need to have good analytical skills and should be able to understand the BRDs(Business requirement documents) provided by business

Ø  Need to have good ability to understand the systems and provide the impacted functional spec/tech spec

Ø  Will be working along with the QA team to help them understand the changes and come with testing scenarios.

Ø  Should be able to guide the dev team in coming with design document(BAs will also pitch in when required).

Ø  Should be very good in communication and be able to work independently.

Ø  Banking domain experience is preferred.

Ø  Member will be working with the BAs in UK/US/Singapore who will be providing the details of the DoddFrank regulatory changes.

Ø  More than 8 years of experience as FA with good knowledge in Capital Markets especially on Investment Banking.

Ø  Good Knowledge on Credit and Rates Derivatives

Ø  Understanding of Collateral Management in Capital Markets

Ø  Experience and knowledge on various Regulatory Reporting procedures

ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED :

Ø  8 + years' experience in the least Functional Analysis, Specifications Writing and Business Analysis

Ø  Good communication to interface with the client and Business IT teams

Ø  Technology background preferably Java technologies ( role is not a development role however a technical background will be helpful )

Ø  2+ years' experience within Capital Markets, Prime Brokerage, Middle Office Processing, Securities trading
