Job Title : Service Delivery Manager
Location : Chesterbrook, PA
Duration : Fulltime
Experience :
- Should have 10+ yrs of IT Experience
- Should have Service Management experience in ITSM Process & Tools, preferable BMC Suite
- Should have implementation experience of 1-2 years and candidate with BMC Tools certification will be preferred
- ITIL V3 Foundation is a must, intermediate is preferred
- Strong Coordination, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Interpersonal skills to communicate effectively, influencing and motivating individuals at all levels of the business.
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to logically break down a problem into smaller manageable parts
- Ability to organize, delegate, and leverage resources to accomplish objectives
- Supervisory skills and the ability to leverage support from other parts of the organization
- Program/project management skills and experience advantageous
- Organizational and time management skills
- Strong meeting management and reporting skills.
- Exceptional Customer service skills and client focus
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible to support Service Delivery in ensuring SM Services provided are in accordance with the Statement of Work(SoW) , Operational Level Agreements, and Underpinning contracts
- Responsible for building & implementing SM Projects in accordance with Project Management methodologies aligned with the CFS Practices
- Responsible to participate & drive the complete lifecycle of Service Management including Due Diligence/Assessment, Design & Implementation of SM Solutions
- Responsible for SLM wrt Process & Tools
- Responsible to lead and guide the Steady State Process & Tools team members
- Actively participate and drive the continuous improvement of the Service Management (Process & Tools)
- Interface with the customer to ensure smooth delivery wrt. Service Management
Role :Oracle Functional Analyst – Order Management / Distribution
Location : Denver CO
Duration : 6 months+ contract
Summary:
The Oracle Functional Analyst (Order Management focus) needs to have in depth knowledge on the end-to-end Lead to Quote, Order to Cash, Procure to pay cycle and any related CRM functions. Knowledge of pricing scenarios, Modifiers, Qualifiers, Promotions and Pricing APIs is required. In addition to this, Oracle Functional Analyst needs to be able to perform:
Requirements:
6 years of experience, at least 4 years as an Oracle Functional Analyst.
In depth knowledge of Oracle Applications modules (OM, PO, INV, Costing, Quoting, Pricing).
Proficient at developing and executing test scenarios.
Prior experience integrating Oracle with a 3rd party tool highly desired (e.g., Salesforce, JDE, mainframe, etc.)
Demonstrated proficiency authoring basic queries in SQL and understanding of PL/SQL
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment coordinating with internal customers to help support and enhance business systems
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment including the ability to work collaboratively with business users
Ability to work independently on development projects
Responsibilities:
User Support in troubleshooting both application and business process issues
Construct functional specifications from Business Requirement Documentation for Pricing integrations to eBS
Work independently on Pricing functionality provisioning in Java pages using API calls to eBS
Using standard methodologies, analyze user operational procedures to develop functional systems requirements, and advise and instruct other staff responsible for such development
Assist with month, quarter, and year end close process
Identify and document application integration requirements
Identify innovative solutions to business issues in technical development
Improve process flow and user documentation for Distribution related modules and enhance user knowledge and competency
Maintain a stable and accurate Oracle Applications production instance that meets the User's needs
Create and manage My Oracle Service Requests as required
Monitoring alerts to before any critical functions fail
Other duties as assigned based on business needs: i.e., special projects, Enhancements etc.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Oracle certifications
Previous experience in the electronics or distribution industries
Previous experience working for a large public corporation
Duration : 6 months+ contract
