  *Should have worked on Incident Management, Change Request Management, requirement gathering, analyzing gaps, and designing
  *Exposure to HR security concepts will be an added advantage
  *Well versed with testing methodologies
  *Should have very good inter-personal skills
  *Should have customer handling skills, management skills and should be a good team player.
  *The candidate should have excellent knowledge on documentation.
