SAP HR-Functional Consultants, The Consultant is primarily responsible for implementing and managing projects as per business contract agreements. •Participate and spearhead the development of solution strategy, effort estimates and project execution plan. •Identifying and understanding client needs and effectively act upon to achieve the desired results. •Ensure that necessary Business Process Mapping, Configuration, Customizing and Maintaining are done to map the sales processes. •Work in all phases of implementation (full cycle): Project Preparation, Blue Print, Realization, Final Preparation and Go Live, as well as Support phases. •Manage project document (Blue print, Project Preparation, Test documents, Process documents/manuals, Configuration document, and Support/Maintaining document). •Provide expertise to identify and translate system requirements into software design documentation. •Develop internal and external presentations, client reports and proposals. Requirements: •Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent. •Have at least 3 to 5 years of experience providing SAP support or implementation services in one or more of the following SAP HR Module •Have completed at least full cycle of 1 SAP implementation projects. •Self-driven, result-oriented with excellent communication skills. •Able to work independently & effectively with team. •Able to think creatively and work under pressure. •Excellent interpersonal and customer relation skill in strategic selling and presentation.
