The Ideal candidate should have atleast 1 E2E implementations in SAP. The below mentioned are the job description * Perform technical analysis, development and co-ordinate with project team & internal IT on all SAP HR development * Provide a quality functional & technical specification document for all design decisions Essential Skills and Experience * At least 3 years of hands-on ABAP development experience in SAP HR * Strong experience using ABAP language and Webdynpro ABAP & JAVA * Strong knowledge of SAP dialog programming, batch input, BAPI, BADI, BSP & HR reporting * Familiarity with IT solution delivery processes * Clear and confident communication style - verbal and written * Information Technology background * Proven track record in must-not-fail projects with tight deadlines * Solution oriented with proven results in situations of minimal supervision * Self starter Preferred Skills, Experience and Competencies * Knowledge of SAP ESS & Appraisal modules * Knowledge of SAP HR configuration Educational / Professional Qualifications * Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, Business or related curriculum * SAP Certified Development Professional - ABAP Communication Skills * Strong written and verbal communication skills Interested candidates pl. send me your updated CV with your CTC details (Present & Expected) and lead time to join if selected Warm Regards.
