Experience required for the Job: 5 - 12 years Annual Salary of the Job: 7.0 - 20.0 Lacs Dear Candidate, Hi, Job Title: SAP FI - Level 2 Support Analyst CDR Area: Enterprise Solutions (ES) Department: AMSC SCS Position Highlights  This is an internal client facing role that requires individual to own the issue and track it to closure.  IT Operation support and application management for Finance area.  Ensure SAP FI and Travel Management system availability and stability for general use and report generation.  Work closely with Level 3 team for knowledge transfer to Level 2 team as well as customise the knowledge article to suit Level 1 use.  Provide weekly updates on System Operability. Principal Responsibilities  Identify areas of improvement for system to meet the demanding 24/7 availability requirement and better user experience  Investigate and troubleshoot issues  Handle user enquiries  Escalate incidents/issues to Level 3 teams and/or Management as appropriate  Ensure key deliverables meet the timelines (SLA Management)  Work with Development team to rollout changes in the production environment (Release Management)  Maintain knowledge base of known defects and issues, processes and support techniques  Adhere to the established processes around ITIL  Participate in weekend or after-hours work to support critical business initiative such as application rollouts, infrastructure changes or disaster recovery tests will be required at times  Undertake Incident and Problem management as part of the regular work  Participate in the BCM test activities  Train, guide and mentor new hires in the team  Work with global business IT & projects teams to ensure seamless support for the business   Key Skills/Requirements Experience  Masters or Bachelors Degree (preferably IT related).  6-8 years of working experience in IT role, with at least 5 years of SAP FI experience (preferably functional role).  At least 3 years of experience providing production application support in the area of SAP FI. Essential Skill:  In-depth functional knowledge of SAP FI (including GL, AP, AR & Asset).  Good understanding of SAP BI and TV (Travel Management).  Knowledge of Microsoft office -Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.  Experience in working with Finance Users is essential.  Experience with ITIL concepts and best practices.  Strong spoken & written communication skills Advantageous Skill:  Ability to understand the business context and respond to users  Exposure to SAP SRM, SAP PI and ABAP (especially ALE).  Experience in using Microsoft Share Point, HP OpenView ServiceCentre, Service Now and Business Objects.  Work experience in investment banking is an advantage.  SAP Certification would be an added advantage. Besides above technical skills, the individual needs to have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong team player; ability to work in highly dynamic environment; flexible and must possess the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes.
