POSITION: QUALITY ASSURANCE LEAD REPORTS TO: Sr. Development Manager EXPERIENCE: 7-8 years EDUCATION: BE/B.Tech/MCA LOCATION: Bangalore, India ROLE DESCRIPTION: Champion QA and testing throughout the organization and Lead the design and implementation of QA plans for ARC  Build Quality into the development effort throughout the process  Provide guidance to the test team to ensure test activities are performed according to the developed test strategy and test plan  Define and implement roles, responsibilities, and deliverable expectations for all team members  Provide a considered and business-sensitive opinion regarding the ship-worthiness of product  Develop comprehensive test plans  Utilize leading edge tools and techniques to ensure product quality  Work with development teams to help them adopt sound quality practices  Build and maintain QA systems and procedures RELEVANT ASPECTS OF THE ROLE:  Should have around 7 to 8 plus years of experience in Quality Assurance and Testing and approximately 2 to 3 years of BI applications experience  Should have worked on UAT.  Should have worked on BI Testing & Data Warehouse testing.  Should have worked on ERP / Product Deployment.  Strong experience in Automation and Load Testing as well as strong knowledge of QA Process, Procedure & Documentation  Ability to analyze & track Requirement Traceability & Test Case Coverage  Possess excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.  Strong conceptual knowledge of Web Applications and Database NICE TO HAVE:  Knowledge of writing Queries to run on SQL Server, Oracle & DB2  Certifications on performance and load testing tools Please send across your updated profile at the earliest to keerti.pb@manthansystems.com and we look forward to start the process.
