Hi, Greetings from Enterprise matrix 1. Experience 8 -10 years in SAP or Non SAP Supply Chain Implementation & support Projects 2. At least 3 E2E SAP (MM / WM or SD) implementation and 2 APO / I2 Implementation is must. 3. At least Five years of Domain experience in Supply Chain Planning / Production Planning / Logistics Planning is a must. 4. Should have working knowledge of integration touch points Transactional (e.g. ERP) , Planning (e.g. APO or I2) and Reporting Systems (e.g. BO/BI) 5. Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. 6. Coordinate Business requirements walk-through and sign-offs, verifying with user community the proposed design, use cases and process models accurately portray specific business needs. 7. Effectively communicating with internal teams and external clients to deliver functional requirements like GUI, screen and interface designs. 8. Acting as an interface between business units, technology teams and support teams. 9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts Implementation Experience: 1. Actively engage with Core team to understand Business Requirements, participate in Requirement gathering workshops, Telephonic discussions etc. , 2. Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources (As-Is documents, business task and workflow analysis etc) reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs. 3. Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: a. Business Blue Print b. Functional Specifications (Business Requirements Document) c. Business Scenarios, Process documents & Use Cases d. GUI, Screen and Interface designs, e. Test Scenarios, Test Scripts etc f. Data Migration Objects 4. Working with Technical team to come out with technical designs & Technical specifications. 5. Actively participate in the preparation of integration test scripts / regression testing. 6. Identify and drive data migration activities in the project for successful go-live. 7. Guide the junior member of the team for preparation/testing/delivery of a. Unit / SIT / UAT tests scripts b. Functional specifications for FRICE c. Post Go-live issues. Support & Maintenance Experience: 1. Responsible for resolution of complex / high priority Tickets raised by the users as per the SLA. 2. Carry out RCA for the issues and suggest remedial measures for recurring issues.
