Responsible for detailed software Process Analysis (As-Is process analysis, gap analysis, To-Be process design) 2. Defines performance and process metrics to achieve business goals 3. Lead process improvement projects 4. Responsible for driving new process design, conducting workshops with Senior Management, Process owners and business users 5. Responsible for determining process improvement opportunities, provide consulting to re-engineer and strengthen processes 6. Consults with stakeholders to identify opportunities and requirements for process improvement/development needs 7. Continuously monitor KPI's of all teams to ensure the processes are performing as required, intervene as and when needed to provide feedback to the functional teams and improvise on the process execution 8. Generate productivity and metrics baseline 9. Conducts internal process and quality audits to determine process adherence, assists in creation of action plans and tracks findings and non-conformances to closure 10. Providing training on quality & processes to enable employees to meet consistent quality standards. Desired Profile Functional / Soft Skills: - Consulting or Process re-engineering/improvement experience -Process Modeling tool - MS Visio - Quality Management experience (SQA and SEPG) - Strong metrics and statistical process control skills - CMMi / six sigma - Strong Analytical skills - Good Inter-personal skills - Ability to work with unknowns - Has the drive, persistence and patience to make things happen and improve process maturity of the organization - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
