Job Description :
* Educational Qualification Engineer/MBA
* *Atleast 8-10 Yrs into SAP ABAP Development, Netweaver PI/XI, Portal and MDM
* In-depth hands on experience with SAP Components (ECC) in development, implementation and support,
especially SAP HR, FICO, MM, PP and SD
* Broad working knowledge of development environments associated with SAP ECC (R/3)
* Strong knowledge and experience of various SAP development tools including ABAP, SAP Enhancements, Function Modules, BAPI, ALE/Idoc, BADIs, RFC, Smart Forms, Business Objects, Workflow, development of custom reports, interfaces, transactions and enhancements to SAP functionality using user exits.
* Requires strong, intuitive analytical and problem solving skills to address and resolve technical development issues.
* Experience with SAP debugging and performance evaluation tools.
* Be proactive in identification and resolution of issues that may negatively impact a project or deliverables is required
* Good professional presence with effective interpersonal skills, time management skills and Team Handling Skills
* If they have development experience in BW or Webdynpro for ABAP that would be beneficial.
THIS IS MANDATORY
* Has been actively involved in Cut-Over Activities, Data Migration Templates, Collection of Data, Involved in Data Upload from Legacy.
* Experience & Knowedge of working with ASAP Implementation methodology
* Must be a Good communicator with flair in accurate presentations and interpersonal skills
* Willing to Travel within and Outside India and Short/Long Term as per Project Needs
