Must Have Skills:   

Hands on experience on Java, J2EE
Expertise in Spring or Hibernate
Expertise in Oracle.
Oracle database (10g/11g) Expertise:
Strong PL/SQL and Data Analysis Skills
Database skills: Indexing, Performance Tuning and Optimization Skills



Job Roles / Responsibilities:  

This is a high end experienced developer role.

Should involve in Application Development, Testing, and Troubleshooting & prompt Issue resolution
Identify system and process integration opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness within the technologies and business processes.
Write functional artifacts including technical specs, use cases, seed data, and high-level test scenarios
Attitude towards sharing ideas and knowledge
Ability to facilitate groups and to conduct work sessions
