REQUIREMENT
"Proposal Coordinator' - SSE
 Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Pre-sales and sales support activities including Bid and Proposal Management
 Able to frequently coordinate with different functional resources such as delivery heads, Bid managers and Solution Authors to make sure the right information goes into the proposal
 Requires good interpersonal, communication and team-building skills for collaborating with diverse groups.
 Ability to be flexible, manage time and multi-task the activities during short timed Bids
 Skills in copy-editing, grammar, style, spelling and punctuation throughout the proposal development effort
 Creative flair and expert knowledge of MS Office tools
"Proposal Author' - SSE
 Minimum of 4+ years of experience in pre-sales/sales support capability
 Exceptional learning ability
 Good understanding of Application Outsourcing concepts
 Understanding of System Integration concepts is good to have
 Excellent oral and written communication skills
 Education Qualification - BE/B. Tech or equivalent graduation degree
MBA (good to have).
"Proposal Editor' - TL
 A Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related discipline. Master"s degree in English would be preferred.
 Minimum of 6 + years of experience as a proposal editor or writer for Software Company, applying the rules of US /global English; understanding of IT software lifecycle will be highly preferred
 Excellent command of the US/global version of the English language and its application, both written and verbal.
 Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with technical writers, peers, and Subject Matter Expert (SMEs).
 Previous experience in developing and documenting department-level style and applying it to documentation; a highly developed knowledge of style guide principles.
 A high level of competence with industry-standard technical writing tools, including, Microsoft Word, and Adobe Acrobat. Familiarity with other standard office environment software tools, including Microsoft Office.
 Excellent cross-discipline communication skills.
 Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities
 Significant experience with file-management and version-control systems.
"Volume Lead' - AM
 A Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Master"s degree in Business would be preferred.
 A strong SAP delivery background for SAP Implementations / Upgrades / Rollouts /Application Outsourcing deals
 Strong proposal authoring skills
 Proactive and 'can do' attitude
 Knowledge of sales cycle and proposal management
"Volume Lead' - TL
 Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in Pre-sales and sales support activities including Bid and Proposal Management
 Proposal management experience
 Detail-oriented; demonstrated organizational skills
 Strong facilitation and communication skills
 Strong leadership, problem solving, and decision making abilities
 Ability to interface and negotiate with senior executives
 Skills in copy-editing, grammar, style, spelling and punctuation throughout the proposal development effort
 Creative flair and expert knowledge of MS Office tools
"Graphics Designer' - TL
 A Bachelor's degree in English/Multimedia/graphics designing or a related discipline.
 Minimum of 6+ years of overall experience in graphic designing
 6+ years experience in Microsoft Office products, particularly Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, MS Visio, desktop publishing capabilities
 4+ years experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat)
 3+ years graphic design/development experience specifically related to proposal response development
 4+ years demonstrated understanding of procurement requests, such as RFIs, RFPs, Industry Days, etc.
 Excellent command of English language and its application, both written and verbal.
 Highly developed interpersonal skills to manage a team and ability to effectively communicate with Senior Management in Accenture
