Requirement as fallows.
SAP HR: Lead Consultant (Implementation / Support) Professionals
Module : Payroll or Time Management Module
* 6 - 10 years of experience in SAP HR industry
* Responsible for Blue Printing and managing all functional communication with clients
* Identify gaps and work with product Development / Service teams to provide solution within template
* Ensure high quality implementation and client satisfaction
* Develop employees to understand technical subjects, quality control procedures and obtain technical skills. Create training/development plans for each staff member. Evaluate progress and provide continuous training. Communicate status and expectations to staff members regularly
* Assist with the training and mentoring of Operations Specialists
* Maintains turnaround on all reporting as outlined in client SLA.
* Responsible for mentoring and assisting with the training of associates or those not meeting standards.
* Demonstrate leadership aptitude with peers and aligns with management direction.
* Assist/manage special assignments/projects as needed.
Skills
Expert level SAP knowledge of at least one country payroll or TLM processes
Proven experience of handling large complex client requirements with direct client communication
Ability to work under pressure and take ownership of deliverables
