I wanted to discuss an opportunity of Manager SAP- S2C with one of our MNC client in food & beverage based at Gurgoan. This position reports to the GM SAP SD. I am mentioning all the details. Main Purpose â€" This role will be primarily responsible sustenance of the SD module across the 4 Business (Bev, Foods, Nourishco and Lehar Foods). This role will also be responsible for managing small to medium SAP enhancements / BPR’s and interfaces of SAP with other systems like SAMNA, DW, PORTAL and ASDOS.Accountabilities â€" list in priority order the main accountabilities/deliverables of the role, including key measures.  Accountabilities/Deliverables:1. Lead the support of SAP SD for all end users across the business.2. Lead small Continuous improvement projects by interacting with business and coordination with both internal COE and external consultants.3. Coordinate with end users to resolve understanding issues, user handholding.4. Support business in day to day developments like new warehouses, Sales team re-org, Promotions5. Manage interfaces with Samna / Portal / ASDOS.6. Update documentation of all enhancements, developments.7. Update / Develop and E-learning content to match the ever changing SAP landscape.8. Communication and training to the end users. Key Measures1. SAP enhancements delivered in time an budget with no bugs.2. Support Business on new requirements like plants, promos etc.as per the SLA.3. SAP E-Learning content constantly updated.4. All interfaces of SAP with external systems working in proper condition5. User satisfaction regarding resolution of issues /bugs within SLA’s.Job Dimensions â€"  Job handles SAP SD/MM Logistics module for all India Region 1. 500 + users across 4 business, 150 warehouses2. 24/7 operations.Key Skills/Experience Required â€"  SAP certified (SAP consultant) in S&D or very good knowledge of SAP configuration 4-8 year of experience and at least 3-4 years of SAP experience. Engineer / MBA with very good communication skills Project Management abilities to deliver on SAP enhancements Good understanding of all Sales & Distribution Domain in CPG/FMCG industry Prior experience in sales function is preferable.Main interactions within & outside organization â€" Frequency Interaction With Nature of InteractionExternal Senior Consultants/ Programmers/AuditorsInternal Daily Weekly Monthly SAP SD Lead, End users, SAP other Module team members, SAMNA, DW team SAP Head, controllers, This role requires project management skills and work independently with external consultants etc., earlier it was generally to work under supervision and give end user support.If this position is of interest to you, we would request you to revert with an updated profile of yours with your current & Expected Package Details & notice period, to enable us to process your candidature furtherIF you are not keen for the same, request you to kindly suggest some good candidates for the same.With best wishesPankaj Ku.
