Scrum master JD:

• At least 8+ years of experience, direct and lead development team from project initiation through the delivery of final product
• Work closely with product owner in backlog management and continuous delivery of features
• Oversee daily activities of project development teams and provide direction, coordinate and guidance as needed.
• Educate and reinforce scrum methodology and agile framework to team members and stakeholder
• Manage project scope to ensure delivery was compliant with scope defined in sprints
• Managing product backlog, burn down metrics, velocity, and task breakdown
• Create project management plans and coordinate delivery activities, build positive and productive working relationships with customers for business growth.
• Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to project delivery requirements. Ensure that team maintains high level of competence and operational excellence.
• Provides coaching on Agile values and practices while emphasizing continuous improvement
• Partners with project leads to ensure the team is producing a solution that meets established standards, procedures and practices
• Proactively identifies and removes blockers, limits work in progress and prevents distractions
• Facilitates frequent retrospectives, sharing metrics to identify and implement improvements.
