Roles & Responsibilities includes:
1. Consult and partner with engineering, product and design to work to solve Edifecs EDI implementation challenges and goals
2. Assess, define and build configuration changes, performance tuning, reporting / reconciliation approach in the Edifecs platform
3. Collaborate with a team to define, design, and shape new features
4. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
5. Establishes systems to monitor the operating efficiency of existing application systems and provides (or arranges for) proactive maintenance
6. Oversees the selection of tools and methodologies for projects
7. Commits to overall deliverables with customers and/or management
