Job Title: Oracle BI/HR Analytics Consultant

Job Location: Bay Area, CA

Duration: 6+Months

Mode of Interview: Phone then Skype

 

Description:

Senior Oracle Business Intelligence Analyst with proven experience designing and developing reporting and analytic solutions around Oracle and Workday HCM applications using OBIEE.

Must have experience acting as liaison between HR functional and technical teams to determine business requirements are being met, assist with data cleanup and data validations, and lead end to end design reviews, prototype reviews and user acceptance testing.

Knowledge of BI reporting concepts, HCM functional configuration and data conversion is required.

Provide Subject Matter Expertise on HR Technology, processes, reports and integrations while identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement, develop analytical reports, conduct data integrity audits, work closely with implementation partner and functional process leads to support implementation of Core HCM and build optimal reporting framework. Provide advice and support to HR, IT, and other functional areas on reporting related questions and issues, configure workforce reports and conduct testing.

Experience with Data Analysis

Experience with Design reviews
