ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Develops our enterprise Identity and Access Management security strategy partnering with key operational and business partners as well as using industry best practices
• Manage the user access review team to ensure complete and timely completions of our required user access reviews
• Ensures that Identity and Access Management services are delivered consistently following our model of least privilege through the development of security scorecards and metrics for IAM in alignment with the corporate scorecards
• Establishes and helps lead an Enterprise IAM Security Governance program to ensure appropriate visibility, communication, and governance across key business partners and IT stakeholders
• Advise on IAM related projects as the security / risk management specialist
• Assists project teams in the implementation of security measures to meet corporate security policies, manage risk, and external regulations, e.g., Sarbanes Oxley, HIPAA
• Weigh business needs against security concerns and articulate issues and options to management
• Active participation in strategic initiatives in accordance to the IRM roadmap
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to communicate with internal/external entities and executives a must
• Maintain deep technical and business knowledge of industry directions and trends in the area of system engineering
• Drive to deliver technology and products in the roadmap on schedule and with the highest quality
• Effective leadership skills, demonstrated ability to coordinate people and teams to project/activity completion and the ability to work in a team environment, sharing workloads and responsibilities
Must Haves
• 8+ years professional IT Security related experiences in the financial services or heath care industry. This experience must include setting security strategy.
• 5+ years leadership experience in enterprise Identity and Access Management programs.
• 5+ years leadership experience over security and/or identity operations
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, X.509 Public Key Infrastructure Certificates and CRL, SCEP and Certificate Lifecycle Management tools
• Firm understanding of authentication and authorization technologies and protocols such as Kerberos, certificate, basic, forms-based and multi-factor authentication etc.
• Experience creating automated User Access Review solutions and processes
• Experience with Identity and Access Management tools and products including RSA IMG, CyberArk,
• Understanding and experience with Cloud Identity as a Service such as Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Identity Federation protocols such as SAML2, WS-Federation, OAuth, OpenID Connect etc.
• Experience leading across functional business and technical teams in a large and complex, environment.
• Demonstrate customer centric approach to problem solving
• Experience partnering with stakeholders in other organizations and successfully managing security risk
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or similar
• Prefer someone with experience transitioning identity and access management systems and automating solutions.
• Certification in information security (CISSP, CISM, GIAC, or equivalent) preferred
• Experience in healthcare or financial service
