Role : PMO Analyst

Location: San Jose, CA & Kalamazoo, MI

Duration: 6+ Months

Job description :

ServiceNow Administration for MSNT Projects:

· Keep SN project information up to date (with PM);

· Input vendor invoices as costs into ServiceNow;

· Allocate costs after Project Manager approvals;

· Run PM Allocation Costs reports for project financial tracking;

· Project PMO documentation

· Consolidate required information from other documents or project team members;

· Format into required templates;

· Route documentation for review and make edits (with BA/PM);

· Follow through with attaining approvals/signatures;

Invoices

· After PM approval, route to appropriate Stryker contact for payment;

· Input vendor invoices as costs in SN;

· Track payment status on submitted invoices;

Reporting

· Assist PM in monthly PMO Status Reporting;

· Assist PM in monthly PMO financial reporting;

· Assist PM in weekly project status reporting;

· Presentation Creation, as needed

Key Skills:

· Excel / Reporting Tools

· Project Management Lifecycle/SDLC Understanding

· Project Cost Accounting Understanding

· Solid Communication (written/verbal)
