Duration: 18months+
This candidate would conduct the following activities:
Conduct and Manage Call Recording validations
Implement Governance Model/framework for proper monitoring for Department Controls
Assist with Audit and Compliance related activities
A successful candidate will have the following skills:
- Previous Audit or Compliance Experience(reviewing controls, writing/documenting controls, creating governance framework)
- Prior experience and/or certification in COBIT 5
- Identify Risks
- Experience with Process Mapping
- Conduct Process reviews and writing up findings
- Experience enhancing procedures, processes and controls
- Document process implementation trials
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Expert in Excel and Base knowledge of SQL will be helpful
- Be able to oversee projects and produce summary reports
- PowerPoint and presentation skills
- Work independently
- Adapts and learns concepts quickly
- Conduct manual validations of Call Recording environment
- Comfortable working with Engineers, Project Managers, and Programmers to drive automation for manual processes
