Position: Oracle developer

Location: "Connecticut"

Job Description:

Prefer only USC, GC with 8+years of experience

• Strong experience developing and optimizing SQL queries in the latest Oracle RDBMS environments
• Strong experience analyzing query execution paths using Explain Plan
• Understanding of the Oracle cost-based optimizer and statistics
• Strong experience solving non-optimal execution paths
• Strong experience writing and maintaining stored PL/SQL
• Experience in performance tuning
• Upgrade experience is a must from 10g to 12c is desirable

Technical skills:

• Language: SQL and PL/SQL
• Software: Toad, Oracle SQL Developer, SQL/Plus
• Database: Oracle
• OS: Windows, Linux, Unix
• Server: Oracle
