Skills Required:
Good understanding on the Overall application
· 1-2 years of field experience with Cisco Wireless, CCNA certification who has
· Person should be CCNA certified
· Anti-virus administration & Server Administration
· Technical documentation experience, writing SOP, Visio diagrams, Excel spreadsheets.
· Person should be familiar with Project life cycle, change management process, coordination between different teams
· Person should be doing following project management work as well
· Technical writing
· Bill of Materials reviews
· Creation of SOPs
· Documentation management
· Ticketing systems
· Understanding of ITIL processes
Mandatory Functional Skills:-
· Ability to co-ordinate with multiple technical teams, Business users and Customer
· Strong communication
· Strong troubleshooting skills
Desirable Functional Skills:-
· Finance
