Duration : 6-12 Months Contract
Job Description:
Taleo was implemented 2-3 years back (Recruitment, Performance Modules)
Taleo has integration to social sites; job boards in place to expose the open job positions to internal and external world
The recent change: HR system of records have changed i.e. Abbott has moved to Workday (Went live in Jan 2015).
There are quite a few interfaces/ integration between Taleo and Workday specially in the hiring/ recruitment process Abbott is looking for a senior onsite techno functional resource who:
Takes overall accountability, will be teeing off with folks from Dev & Biz teams
Keeps track of the issues and reports the status
Gives direction to expedite technical resolution, involved in break-fixes
Has good communication skills; needs to interface with business stakeholders
