Position:EQM Engineering Liaison

Location:Bothell,WA

Duration:12 Months

 

 

 

ENGINEERING LIASION ROLE DESCRIPTION

 

• Support and/or fulfill configuration and engineering data setup requests
• Coordinate the triage and resolution of defects reported to Engineering, by working with various engineering counterparts in that organization.
• Provide support to testing teams regarding engineering matters that may need to continuous support due the complexity of what being tested.
• Drive any needed escalations to the Engineering and EIT teams
• Provide weekend on-call support when needed.

REQUIREMENTS

 

• Candidate must be a fast learner
• Candidate must have relational database and LDAP experience
• Candidate must have XML and JSON experience, and working with SOAP UI.
• Candidate must fundamental understanding of how enterprise applications work, web services, and call flows.
• Any experience related to billing and provisioning systems a plus.
