Position – UI Developer (Adobe/CQ5 exp)
Location – Dearborn, MI
Contract Position
| I. Job Summary | Major goals and objectives. |
| Work closely with business analysts, developers and creative UX team to develop front end for an application running on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) / Java architecture. Successful candidate must have a commitment to quality and be able to self-manage tasks. |
| II. Essential Job Functions |
| Essential Functions (primary responsibilities and accountabilities) |
| 1. Develop web front end for an ecommerce application 2. Develop AEM components 3. Adhere to development standards and promote best practices for UI development 4. Develop front-ends to be used as non-functional prototypes. |
| III. Other Responsibilities |
|

| 1. Assist in setting standards for UI development 2. Provide UI requirements to back-end developers |
| IV. Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements | |
| Education: |
| • BS in Computer Science or relevant equivalent
|
| Experience: |
| • Expertise in JavaScript and Frameworks, such as: Angular, JQuery, etc. • Ability to write reusable, modular CSS for large applications. • Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, JSON • Experience building front ends for AEM • 5+ years building web front-ends
|
| Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: |
| • HTML5 • CSS, CSS3 • JavaScript • Front-end frameworks such as JQuery
|
| Special Instructions: |
| • Bring portfolio of previous projects to interview |
